Privacy Policy
Field Call Works ("Field Call Works," "we," "us") provides an AI-powered phone receptionist for home-service businesses, such as roofing companies. When you call one of these businesses, our virtual receptionist may answer, collect your details, and pass them to the business so they can call you back. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
If you are a caller, the business you called (our "Client") decides how it uses your information after we deliver it. Please see that business's own privacy policy for its practices.
1. Information we collect
When you call
- Call recording and transcript. Calls answered by our virtual receptionist are recorded and transcribed. You are told this at the start of the call.
- Caller ID. The phone number you call from, and the time and length of the call.
- Details you give us. Your name, callback phone number, property address, a description of the issue, and your preferred callback time.
- Text-message consent. Whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Call analysis. An automatically generated summary, topics, and sentiment of the call.
When you book an appointment
If the receptionist schedules an appointment, we may also collect your first and last name and email address to create a calendar event.
